You email us with department name, device count, and purchasing officer info (use the buttons above — they pre-fill the email).

We send a quote within 1 business day. Most depts pay via PO; Stripe invoice also available.

Once payment clears, we email your purchasing officer a signed license token (a long string starting with "eyJ...").

Open the app on each device, paste the token into Settings → Department License, and you're activated. Survives app reinstalls.

30 days before renewal, we email a reminder so there's no surprise lapse.
